1. Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests must be submitted within 12 hours of confirmation.

Orders under processing or shipped cannot be canceled.

A processing fee (6.9% + $1) will apply for cancellations.
2. Returns

Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase or 14 days from delivery.

Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all components.

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

Prior approval is required from service@essentialsclovip.us before sending returns.
3. Refunds

Refunds granted for defective, damaged, or incorrect items with sufficient proof.

Refunds for buyer’s preference are allowed, but return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds are processed after inspection of returned items.
4. Exchanges

Items lost or undelivered due to shipping errors will be replaced at no additional cost.

Customers must cover the cost for exchanges resulting from incorrect information.
5. Non-Eligible Returns

Items in transit cannot be canceled.

Pre-order, personalized, or custom items cannot be returned unless defective.

Packages lost or stolen post-delivery are not eligible for refunds.

6. International Orders
