Refund Policy

At ESSENTIALSCLOVIP, we strive to provide a hassle-free shopping experience. Review the following policies before making a purchase.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled before shipment.

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted within 12 hours of confirmation.

  • Orders under processing or shipped cannot be canceled.

  • A processing fee (6.9% + $1) will apply for cancellations.

2. Returns

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase or 14 days from delivery.

  • Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all components.

  • Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

  • Prior approval is required from service@essentialsclovip.us before sending returns.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds granted for defective, damaged, or incorrect items with sufficient proof.

  • Refunds for buyer’s preference are allowed, but return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Refunds are processed after inspection of returned items.

4. Exchanges

  • Items lost or undelivered due to shipping errors will be replaced at no additional cost.

  • Customers must cover the cost for exchanges resulting from incorrect information.

5. Non-Eligible Returns

  • Items in transit cannot be canceled.

  • Pre-order, personalized, or custom items cannot be returned unless defective.

  • Packages lost or stolen post-delivery are not eligible for refunds.

  • Returns delayed by customs or natural events are not accepted.

6. International Orders

  • Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Returns due to customs fees or international shipping costs are generally not accepted.
